Les Reed Poetry

Les Reed is a Denver Native and a founding member of the Denver Union of Street Poets. He is considered one of the most literary poets around, spinning lyrical stories and images like wonderful songs. For decades Les has read and been featured in numerous poetry readings. He is a recipient of the Society for American Poetics award of excellence Lu Lu Award, and has performed his poetry in an a nationally-recognized, award winning video, Street Poets, produced by Stone River Productions.  He is the husband of a poet, dad to another poet, and dad to two exceptional artists.
